Hey, Guys! First off, I decided to go just a taaad bit lighter with my hair–I desperately needed a change for the new year and I’m lovin’ it! Turns out that blondes really do have more fun. 😉 I also wanted to share with you this 60’s inspired look with a modern day twist. I LOVE Anthropologie but as we all know–it’s not the most affordable place to shop when you’re a baller on a budget. So, it’s always super exciting when they have their after Christmas sales. I snagged this super fab bell sleeve sweater for under $40 and it was originally $118! They will go quickly so hurry and grab one before they’re gone!
Hi Guys! So if you haven’t already noticed, I really enjoy a great pair of flares. The whole 70’s feel, the flattering cut, and the fact that they make such a big statement – what’s not to love? So you can imagine my excitement when I hit the jackpot with these vintage Wranglers from my favorite little consignment shop, Buffalo Exchange. You know they’re vintage when the button constantly pops open and the writing on the inside tag has completely worn off. So, I tracked down some [super] similar high waisted flares by Wrangler that will give you that same 70’s vibe!
Hey, friends! As you know, it’s that time of year where you can NOT have enough cozy layers to prevent from freezing to death. Dallas has been unseasonably cold lately and needless to say we aren’t used to it! I’m super picky about scarves because they not only need to feel super soft but I prefer a great neutral that can be thrown on over just about any top. I wasn’t able to find my same scarf online [I bought it in Target and not sure if it’s only sold in stores], so I linked a similar scarf along with the rest of this cozy layered look!
Hey guys! This cozy, boho-inspired look seemed to get a lot of love [thank you for that], and I know how much you all are diggin’ mustard these days. So, I did my best to link my exact piece, or a super similar style that will give you that same laid back feel.
Hi guys! Who else is diggin’ SheIn.com lately? I am slightly obsessed with how unique and progressive their stuff is! And can we talk about how reasonable the prices are? I snagged this v-neck knot sweater from SheIn a few weeks ago and I’ve gotta tell you how impressed I am with it. It was under $20 and the knot detail is adorable! When I first put it on it kind of made me feel like a Christmas gift….
Well, it seems like I’m not the only one crushin’ on blush pink this season — thanks for all the love you’ve been sending my way over this outfit! The sweater I’m wearing is from Nordstrom which can’t be purchased online, unfortunately. However, I DID find a handful of similar blush sweaters below —
Okay, guys. This Mod + Jo circle chain choker is gorgeous by itself but when I added the Ox Horn pendant necklace….to die for! Rock it with a low cut v-neck for date night (or just when you want a little added sex appeal). 😉 You can find the circle choker here and the Ox Horn pendant necklace here!

My white leotard (one of my favorite basics) is from ASOS and can be purchased here. My ripped, high waisted “Mom Jeans” are also from ASOS and can be purchased here. My suggestion on wearing mom jeans–don’t be afraid to OWN THEM! Tip: They look best with fitted shirts that can be tucked all the way in. It kind of gives a modern day twist on the old Saved By The Bell 90’s mom jeans. 😉
Hi Guys! I started this fashion/lifestyle blog about a month ago, and I wanted to start off by saying THANK YOU for all the love so far! You all have been more than encouraging and that is what keeps me motivated as this has been a dream of mine for a long time. Am I passionate about clothing? Absolutely. But more than anything, I want to inspire other women (especially my fellow mama’s out there) to look and feel their best! ‘Cause when ya look good, ya feel good.
And let’s face it, If Mama ain’t happy…well, you know….
I wanted to first share with you my 90’s throwback outfit that everyone seemed to really love! I grew up in the 90’s so I’m totally into the ruffles, rips, and anything plaid. My SheIn.com ruffle top can be found here! I’d say it makes a pretty big statement for being under $20!
My jeans in this photo are from Shopbop.com and have also been a big hit! They are my absolute favorite pair of jeans…like ever. I literally wear them every day! Lesson here: you can never go wrong with Levi’s.
The little details: My Mod + Jo circle chain choker and Coin Lariat necklace pictured below are AMAZING because they can seriously be worn with any outfit (separately or together). You can find the circle choker here and the Coin Lariat here.
