Hey, Guys! So as most of you already know, I have taken a leap of faith and decided to start blogging full time. I recently left my part time job so that I could focus on my dream of being a full time fashion/Lifestyle blogger. Life is too short to settle for anything “less” and this momma ain’t gettin’ any younger! I want to inspire even more women because like I have always said, ‘when ya look good, ya feel good.’ It’s just so true! I am so excited for this new journey and the opportunities that have already been popping up these last few months. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart — your support means the WORLD! 🙂

Speaking of new beginnings, it’s starting to feel like Spring here in Dallas — YAY! If you’re like me, you’ve already got shorts, versatile sandals and this season’s hottest one-piece swimsuits on the brain. Anyone who knows me, knows that I will only wear high waisted shorts — they are so much more flattering! My shorts are high waisted and I just loooved the light brown color. I paired them with this super versatile striped sweater and then finished the outfit with a pair of nude, block heel mules. My shorts are TTS (I am wearing a size 0/25 waist) and my striped top is TTS as well (I am wearing an XS for reference).

You just can’t go wrong with any of these pieces as they are all amazing staples!
